Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help!

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at info@ryalashes.com with a clear video showing the entire delivery box and all the products received. Kindly include your full name and order number.

The video is mandatory for us to assess the issue and offer a resolution. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist without it.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement of the same or equivalent item or a refund to the original payment method.
